About Allan

Allan has decades of experience leading tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. Before joining Scriba, he was the Managing Director and Head of Private Client Tax Advisory at CPA Consulting (NYSE: CPA), where he built a world-class tax department and worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses to provide expert guidance on complex tax strategies.

Prior to CPA Consulting, Allan served as the Head of a multi-billion-dollar family office, overseeing tax planning, treasury management, financial statement preparation, and charitable giving for over eight years. Allan began his career in public accounting with leading firms such as RSM and CohnReznick. During this time, he partnered with hundreds of clients across a wide range of complex tax areas, including individual, partnership, corporate, trust and estate, SALT, and international taxation, as well as wealth management.

Allan prides himself on taking a holistic, personable approach, offering attentive service that results in high client satisfaction and referral rates.

Can I keep my current brokerage if I’m an active agent?

We are not asking you to leave your current brokerage. As an active agent, you can continue working as usual and simply send referrals to us when a lead falls outside your service area. You’ll earn a referral fee without changing anything about how you currently work.

Do I need to be actively selling to join Referral Brokerage?

Not at all. Referral Brokerage was created especially for agents who are no longer actively selling but still want to earn. You can join our brokerage with no monthly fees and start earning referral income, even if you don’t close any deals yourself.

What if I no longer have an active real estate license?

You can still join. If your license has lapsed, we’ll help you get reactivated under our brokerage with minimal effort. No board dues, MLS fees, or desk fees required. Once reactivated, you’re eligible to earn referral commissions right away, no selling involved.
